Bal Harbour Shops - Pop Up Classes

Join Tessa for a 45 minute pop up class at the Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop Up in Mount Pleasant. 

Assembly classes are low impact but high energy! This feel-good, full body workout will challenge you with compound movement sequences, extended reps that push endurance, quick transitions, and a smile-inducing playlist to keep you motivated.

Class is free to attend, but please make sure to register. Bring your own mat and water. Class begins at 11am, but it's highly encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to get settled!
